The Chief Executive Officer of Biamond Groups Humanitarian Organisation within the USA and World wide. She was born in Ondo town to the poorest family of Mr and Mrs Olaseinde & Folajomi Owolabi ,South West of Nigeria. She grew up in Nigeria and USA. She was known by her parents as ‘humanity’. And she believes that she was created to be in this world for humanity by the Almighty God. She has good leadership skills necessary humanitarian organisations and is compassionate, motivated with great communication skills, flexibility and resourcefulness. In her capacity, she was able to coach, train and developed associates. She was able to create and promote an environment that supports feedback. In the same fashion, she was able to create a knowledgeable and customer-oriented team. Her ‘shared-leadership’ approach to establishing vision which opens up strategic and planning functions to a group, given the dynamism of humanitarian emergencies, neither the individual nor structured approach alone is sufficient to account for the distributed nature of authority and accountability in the system. She is able to create opportunities to build relationships over time and a is a great team player.
